Rörbyte i innertak hus Vita
Som ni kanske känner till har flera av våra kontor drabbats av vattenläckor från innertaken. Orsaken har identifierats som rör med otillräcklig kvalitet.
Under sommaren kommer Kalmar VVS att genomföra ett byte av rören som är kopplade till bafflarna (”elementen”) i innertaken. Arbetet omfattar samtliga kontor och korridorer i hus Vita, dock inte laboratorier.
Arbetet kommer att pågå mellan den 4 juni och den 1 september. Tidsåtgången per kontor är cirka 4 timmar. Under tiden arbetet pågår kommer bord, datorer och övrig utrustning att skyddas med plast.
Om det finns specifika dagar då du behöver ha tillgång till ditt kontor ber vi dig att meddela detta genom att sätta upp en lapp på dörren eller skriva på whiteboardtavlan. VVS-teknikerna kommer då att ta hänsyn till detta i planeringen.

Heating Pipe Replacement in Ceilings
As you may be aware, several offices have experienced water leakage from the ceilings due to pipes of insufficient quality.
During the summer, Kalmar VVS will replace the pipes connected to the ceiling-mounted radiators (baffles). The work will include all offices and corridors in the Vita building, excluding laboratories.
The work is scheduled to take place between June 4 and September 1. Each office will require approximately 4 hours to complete. During this time, desks, computers, and other equipment will be covered with protective plastic.
If there are specific days when access to your office is essential, please notify us by placing a note on your door or writing on the whiteboard. The technicians will take this into consideration when planning the work.
