I am a professor of civil law at the newly established Department of Law at Linnaeus University. My research focuses on a wide range of legal problems related to working life, and my PhD and docentship are from the Faculty of Law at Lund University.
Teaching
Teaching in various legal subjects as well as theory and method at the Law Programme and the Human Resources and Working Life programme.
Course coordinator for 1RV303 Civil Law I and the thesis course during the sixth semester of the Law Programme.
Participates in legal training for practising lawyers under the auspices of JUC, among others.
Research
In my research, I have analysed problems within the framework of employment protection, discrimination law, work environment law, trade secrets and whistleblowing, association law and migration law.
