More about the project
This research project aims at identifying and understanding the drivers and barriers of implementing the UN sustainable development goals in SMEs in Småland region. The goal is to help Småland companies better understand how sustainability work is embedded in everyday practices, to stimulate strategic reflection, and to support informed decision-making regarding future sustainability initiatives.
Ultimately, the project also aims to strengthen Småland companies long-term capacity to integrate the UN sustainable development goals into its business strategy, operations, and organisational culture.
“It is inspiring to hear how companies like Hatstore work with sustainability issues in their daily operations. We look forward to collecting more voices and creating a broader picture of the Småland SME´s journey toward sustainable development.” — Carina Lejonkamp & Clarinda Jansberg
