Reports in Power BI

The School of Business and Economics uses Power BI to collect and visualise information and data about finances and other key figures. By having all the information in one place, it becomes easier to work with data, create a common basis for decisions and support planning and follow-up.

What you see in the School of Business and Economics' Power BI app is determined by your role in the organisation. As a researcher, you can, among other things, see your current backpack funds, and everyone can see a current view of the faculty's finances. Doctoral students can also see their activity level.

Quick start guide for Power BI

Download the app in Teams

Open Microsoft Teams.
Click on “Apps” in the left-hand menu.
Search for “Power BI” and install/open.
Pin the app in Teams for quick access (right-click → Pin).
Open the Power BI app.
Click on “Apps in Power BI”.
Select the School of Business and Economics app. If the app does not appear, click Get apps (green button in the upper right corner).
